Policies

National Accounts Partnership Program Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. To deliver your order, we must have a complete address. Benjamin Moore cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please allow up to 6 hours turnaround time for in-store pick-up. For job site, drop-ship delivery, we aim for same day, but some orders may take up to 24 hours.

For large quantities of a custom tint or specialty items please call us at 877-623-8484 or Contact Us for estimated lead time.

The paint order will be fulfilled by your preferred Benjamin Moore store if possible. Orders are subject to changes based on availability of product at the retailer location.

Orders of less than six (6) gallons are subject to a $25 shipping fee which will be added on your invoice.

Weather Conditions

Please note that extreme weather conditions may negatively impact paint quality. If you anticipate not opening the product within 8 hours of the package being delivered in months during which freezing may occur, we strongly recommend sending your package to an address that will be able to protect your paint from extreme temperatures.

In certain circumstances, product will come directly from Benjamin Moore.

Benjamin Moore policy is to ship orders for stock products the same day where stock is available.

All orders must be placed with Benjamin Moore Customer Service by 1:00 PM local time to be eligible for next day delivery. Certain exceptions may apply depending on distribution center.

Delivery times vary depending on distance from the servicing DC. Benjamin Moore Customer Service can advise on average delivery times. Benjamin Moore does not guarantee a specific delivery times.

Customers subject to “credit hold” may cause shipping and delivery delays.

Freight

All shipments from Benjamin Moore are F.O.B. origin for common carrier or F.O.B. destination if delivered on the Benjamin Moore fleet. This means that the title of product transfers to the customer at the time the product leaves the Benjamin Moore shipping dock or manufacturing location for common carrier deliveries or at the time of delivery from private fleet.

National Accounts Partnership Program Returns Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms that govern your purchases through the Benjamin Moore Nationals Account Partnership Program. Your placement of an order on our site constitutes your agreement with these policies.

Refunds & Returns

Only unused, non-tinted, unopened product will be refunded upon return to the fulfilling retailer. Tinted products are not refundable. If you are unsure of the fulfilling retailer, please call Benjamin Moore at 877-623-8484 or Contact Us. You have thirty (30) days from date of invoice to return any eligible product.

If the product is tinted incorrectly, damaged, shipped in error, or is not up to Benjamin Moore product standards, we will refund your payment.

This policy and procedure supersedes all previous Return Policies issued by Benjamin Moore and will apply in all cases. Benjamin Moore reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the terms of this policy and procedure.

Benjamin Moore reserves the right to change this policy and procedure and any products herein without notification.
